I am not familiar with the Meraki firewall, but their wireless APs are
solid. The MX80 may well be overkill, but it should last a while.

I like SonicWall. I would recommend a Sonicwall -- TZ210, NSA220, or NSA
2400 depending on the internet connection(s) and desired performance.

I would also recommend that you consider a second internet connection, a
second firewall, and properly configured DNS to support failover should
something go wrong,

I think so, although this isn't something I would use.

I know some models support a failover to a mobile broadband service.
