Jerry (and Buck)

I had to look under "Regional and Language Options" in Control Panel in XP (I use Win2K layout) and "Region and Language" in Win 7.

So you may need to burrow into those a bit to find where to change keyboard.

If you're looking for multi-language support, Windows XP and 7 can do that.
Control Panel > Input language > Change keyboard.
