Thanks, that gives me what I need to know.

Jeff,

I don't know our ISP but I'm pretty sure it isn't Comcast. Been waiting
about 15 - 10 seconds before starting this e-mail and the product page
still has not loaded.

Subject: [PCTECH] Reach our website - GoDaddy issues?

All,

Our website, www.dilgardfoods.com, hosted by GoDaddy, is either very slow
or not reachable. I can (sometimes) get to the home page, but not to the
Product Catalog page. The FTP site for uploading the product search files
does not respond at all.

It's supposedly not just our site. GoDaddy evidently had problems, but
claims they're fixed. Others say the problems are not fixed. From what I
read, GoDaddy doesn't seem to be very forthcoming as to what is going on.
Surprise, surprise.

I saw a post on this page http://downdetector.com/status/go-daddy from
5:17 this morning (3/25) that says "eta from godaddy is 24-72 hours.
evidently a known server crash has reoccurred. deeply sorry for the site
downtime." but have no idea of the reliability.

We have Comcast. There was a single post that said Comcast and GoDaddy
were pointing fingers at each other. I'd like to confirm with someone
whose ISP is other than Comcast that there is indeed an issue.

Before I open a ticket with GoDaddy, can someone with an ISP *OTHER* than
Comcast try the site for me and confirm there is an issue? From the home
page, click on the Products icon at the bottom and let me know the result.

Thanks.
