Well I've come to the conclusion that WIN 10 does have some 'enhanced
security' in place. What I think is happening is that everything in the
Program Files is 'locked' unless you assign user specific permissions to
everything residing in the folder. I guess the best analogy is like trying
to slip something into QSYS and this is MS way of preventing us from
shooting ourselves in the foot.
