I checked this morning - latest BIOS and NIC firmware, per the Lenovo tool.

I did go to Properties on the NIC and unchecked Allow the computer to turn
off to save power. I don't think that will make a difference but I'm going
to wait before the next item. We'll know before lunchtime if this helps.
