Maybe it's the company's way of telling you that you shouldn't be wasting their bandwidth.  :)  Technically, my first thought was that your browser needs a plug-in.  My guess is Flash Player based on the .swf extension in the HTML for the page.  Once you install that and maybe restart your browser or reboot it should work.  ...and then you can get back to work.
