FWIW: Here are two of the messages that are being sent in response to the mailing list message that contained CC info...

"Your message was blocked due to the detection of a Credit Card Number"

"The email you sent is being encrypted because of sensitive information found in the email."

The first one indicates that the message is being blocked out of hand if it detects CC information.

The second one indicates that the message is accepted by the contents were encrypted (however the list software treats it as undeliverable, because it can't tell the difference).
