Folks:

There will be some scheduled downtime tonight (5/24/19) in order for me to
do some minor reorganization of the VPS on Amazon Lightsail.

The downtime will start around 4pm CDT and should last about an hour.

During the downtime the mailing lists will not process mail and the
archives will not be available.
