OMG. I just changed the settings on an old printer/scanner to relay via
the IBM i and it worked. (relay allowed from 192.168.x.x addresses)

I don't need that email server in Windows after all.

SMTP. I expanded Internet Information Services and see nothing related to
SMTP.
