Long ago I tried the TOR browser. Long since removed it. There is a
folder called "deleteme" on the desktop I cannot get rid of. Shows up in
the graphical view of objects in file explorer but when I go into Admin
powershell I can't find it.

Any idea how to remove this "*&^$%*&)(:" thing?
