RPG/400 !!

Hi,

1)      I tried an embedded SQL program, but it was not working as I intended it
to. The code I wrote looked somewhat like (program is of the type SQLRPG) :

C/EXEC SQL
C+ INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE INTO/FROM TABLE-NAME
C+.......................
C/END-EXEC

Now the problem is that the program is compiling properly, but it is not
updating, inserting or deleting from the particular table. Do I have to
change the compiler options somewhere ? 

2) This is a Y2K question, what are the various steps right from doing the
impact analysis to doing the system testing on AS/400 and also what are the
tools that are used for the same. Can I get any documentation about the
procedure and the working of the tools on the web somewhere ?

3) When I issue a DSPLY command, I get the display on the workstation, but
the same display carries on for the next DSPLY command that I issue. Is
there any way I can clear this screen before the next DSPLY command is
issued ?
