The probable reason as to why you cannot locate this file, is due to the 
library where it resides is NOT in your library list. A neat liitle trick to 
remember is to use the command 
            DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL/QPDSPLIB) OBJTYPE(*FILE) 
I tried this and it shows that the file in question resides in the library 
QSYS, which I am surprised that you cannot see. 
I just notice that the command you input on theis e-mail was DSPPFD. If thsi 
was not a typing error for the e-mail, try DSPFD instead. Hopefully this has 
helped.

Because if I exec an DSPPFD QPDSLIB there is nothing.
