Use S and press enter to mark a line as a skeleton line.
The format for using a skeleton line is ISn where
I means to insert
S means to use the line identified as the skeleton
n is the number of lines to insert - 1 is assumed if only IS is used
There is not a block command for the skeleton that I know of - only a
single line. The command SS is not valid!
