Check the levels at which these over rides are to take place...Somewhere
around v3r1/2 they changed them and we had to do some really quick water
treading...the easest option is to do a prompt off the command line for
ovrdbf and look for the 2 scope fields...the easiest is to change them to
(*JOB)....

It was a big surprise to us!
