Rob,

I think you can execute only those commands in QCMDEXC that can be run from
command line or submitted in batch.
You can't run any command that are only applicable to run in a program such as
RTV... commands.
Moreover, to send mesaages, you can use APIs (from your RPG program) QMHSNDPM
and QMHRCVPM to send and remove.
