Hans, I remember using %TRIM() during the ESP for RPG IV and you specifically questioning why I was using it "because it was slower" than using %TRIMR (which was all I may have needed in the code). My take was that you wrote %TRIMR and %TRIML and what's-his-name wrote %TRIM. You seemed to indicate that his code wasn't very efficient. However, if I miss understood or you've changed the %TRIM function, great!
