Here's one for you, an IF statement testing *in99 and all of the lines inside
of the IF statement with left hand indicators using *in99.

Subject: Humorous Enhancements
Buck made the below comment which reminded me of a "unique" enhancement I saw
recently:
<snip>
"Programmers sprinkling a few SELEC statements into the code won't
magically create new (modern) logic out of 20 year old code, that's for
sure."
<snip>
I guess this one programmer was told to rewrite a certain program and
"modernize" it specifically by removing the "go to's"...
So, throughout the entire program was the following line of code:
1 CABEQ 1 (tag name)
Was this programmer ingenious, lazy, pushed for time???
Just thought you all might get a kick out of this...
Anybody seen any other "things" that make you stop and say "WHAT???"
!
