RE: RPG IV and CF-spec "keep it IBM"

Well beating a dead horse may be what I'm doing, but they (IBM) have not yet
announced the CF-spec. And until the actually announce it, it does not
exist. It is my hope that regardless of whether or not they finish it, they
never announce it!
