RE: CF-Spec - another call for opinions

No delimters!  Every other language gets by without them.  If this is
free-format, make it free format, not IBM free-format.  Now, a semicolon at
the end, that would be ok.  Or curly brakets around expressions (ifs, dos,
whiles).
