What I was trying to do was this
Inputerr DS
name_err 55
Street_err 56
phone_err 57
....
So then I would have the DDS PC and RI set to it's indicator.
so my edit check would Eval Street_err = *on , if there was an
error with the data.
So then I would do a looping routine that would re-show the screen
until inputerr = *off
I would never look for the *on value, just that the datastructure
was equal to *off meaning there were no errors for that group of data.
