The DSPOBJD size of a *LIB object is just that ... the size of the library object, not the size of all of the objects in the library. The library object consists primarily of a directory of the objects in the library. If you want the size of the library and all of the objects therein, then you need to add together the DSPOBJD sizes of the library and all of the objects therein.
