Well Norman when one's plate is full one must choose what to eat first.
It's a little hard to shove it in your mouth all at once.

RPG has come a long way and the choices have accelerated greatly.
Before opcodes CAT/SCAN/XLATE for 15 years we "suffered" through a standardized
/COPY to perform the same function.
Before BIF's we also had standard solutions.

Evolution takes time.  Be patient.
