In the SNDDST command the description is mandatory, but not used.
One of my pet peeves. I've written stuff using the first api
you've mentioned. I recommend that. I still use SNDDST for some
limited applications.

Subject: email - subject

Hi ,
I am using SNDDST command with internet email address to send attatchments
with email. For this, I am using *DOC in the information type parameter and
custom description ( which is mandatory ) in the Description parameter.
Doing so, I get the attatchment in the email but the subject is not what I have
originally provided in the Description parameter, but the name of the document
itself. I was wondering if there is a way to make the description I provided
to appear in the subject of the email. Alternatively, Is there any workaround
by which I can replace the SNDDST command by something else. I was considering
the API 'QtmmSendMail' or 'QzmfCrtMailMsg' .
Any help is deeply appreciated

Thanks,

Thanks,
   Rafiq Shaik
