VisualAge RPG Questions

I am in the process of reviewing VisualAge RPG/Code 400 and I am in 
desparate need of direction.  I have used the tutorial available from 
IBM but need to go further.  The only book I have been able to find 
is VisualAge by Example.  So.... If you can recommend this book or 
know of other material that will be helpful drop me a line....
