Reade is used to read records with the same key, chain reads the first record 
in the file with a specified key.

a typical scenario for the reade would be to read all the records relating to 
a customer  order with the following method:

key setll filename
key reade filename (turn on indicator if key in file changes)
while indicator is off do something
    something
key reade filename
end do loop
