It depends on what you are looking for (theory, examples, display
file, query, subfiles, etc). I suggest that you try amazon.com and search on
RPG Programming. I don't ever use just one book as a reference. It seems
that one book may be strong in one area while another book may not go into
much detail.
Also, you can always start with IBM soft document library at
<http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/online/10eng43.htm>
