What type of remote data queues, AS400 to AS400 or AS400 to other?  If you
have multiple AS400 defined in an APPC/APPN configuration,
CRTDTAQ DTAQ(DQLIB/DQNAME)       
        TYPE(*DDM)               
        RMTDTAQ(RMTQLIB/RMTQNAME)
        RMTLOCNAME(RMTSYS)       

You first must create the data queue on the remote system.  To come from NT
or 98/98 you must use the client access apis.
