Martin, %int always just drops the decimals.  %inth (h for half-adjust)
rounds up or down the way you want (with negative numbers getting
rounded to the nearest number).

         | %int | %inth
  -------+------+------
  -8.7   | -8   | -9
  -8.3   | -8   | -8
   8.7   |  8   |  9
   8.3   |  8   |  8

By the way, %dec and %dech also work this way.
