Short answer: Paste the hex value of the appropriate display attribute in position 8 of the source statement. Long answer: If you're using Client Access, depending on your version (we're using CA for Win95/NT at version V3R2) you can use a keypad popup with pre-defined keys that paste the display attribute hex value wherever your cursor is. It's simple and fast. If anyone is interested in this, I can email the files needed to accomplish this. If you're not using CA, or a version that supports the keypad popup, you can create a source member that is populated by a program that can plug the full range of display attributes into the source member, and then, when you want to paste a color on a comment, you would use F15 to view this new "colored" source member and paste from there.
