     There is no value to the creation of a BIF in this specific case; I 
     would of course use the IF < 0 format.  We were just addressing the 
     hypothetical question that was raised.
     
     Having said that, the spinoff discussion was kinda educational...

Please educate me on this.  I'm having a hard time seeing the value of 
creating a BIF when a simple "If  abc < 0" will (should?) suffice.
