Can your applications read a fixed format file instead of CSV?
We had a situation in which we wanted to upload a CSV file on to
our 400. Client Access was not an option. We were in luck and
everything was alphanumeric so we just changed to fixed format.
(The PC guy had to 'massage' the data anyways after it was put
into the CSV file so this was no big deal to him). Fixed format
uploaded fine and the file still is externally defined.

Why not do a file transfer to your PC using Client Access or whatever into
a CSV file? Then you could FTP from your PC to any of your servers.
