Can your applications read a fixed format file instead of CSV? We had a situation in which we wanted to upload a CSV file on to our 400. Client Access was not an option. We were in luck and everything was alphanumeric so we just changed to fixed format. (The PC guy had to 'massage' the data anyways after it was put into the CSV file so this was no big deal to him). Fixed format uploaded fine and the file still is externally defined. Then you could FTP from your PC to any of your servers. +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +--- +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
