MCH4227 from CRTRPGMOD

I don't see a ptf for this in the listing on the support web site so I was
wondering if anyone else has observed this problem.

We are running V4R4 with latest ptf package (0049, I think) although it was
happening before that ptf package, too.  I have also applied SF60599 &
SF61140 which were indicated for other MCH4227 errors.

CRTRPGMOD with the *SRCSTMT option and a nested /Copy generates a MCH4227
error followed by a dump.
Removing the *SRCSTMT prevents the error.
Copying the /copy members into the source code prevents the error.
