Hi Jon,
your "1+1"-Answer for RES is perfect and an excellent training sample for
me as a learning/newcomer in the RPG-IV-World. Seriously, I wonder what I
have to learn in addition besides that famous (=wonderful) new Red Book...
So, that was the serious part. Now to something completely different:
you may have noticed, that the Message

And what does this tell us?*
Well then, if you convert (for example) the timestamp 09:10:07 - 0500 GMT
(I'm sitting in Europe, folks) it will result in 04:10:07, no doubt, If you
are aware of the fact, that this specific HOTMAIL Server is located in the
USA and has a correct time [despite the fact, that it is a Bill Gates
Product]. Fine.
Looking at the geography, I assume, that the guy Anandathirta (keshava
narasimha) may live in India, so I rotate my Round Papermade Illuminated
Globe (or simply: terrestrial sphere) BACKWARDS, from Illinois to India.
Fine.
But: Rotating backwards means clearly, I have to SUBSTRACT 12:00:00 hours
from HOTMAILS local 04:10:07, thats an Indian 16:10:07 in the afternoon of
the day BEFORE the given date, which was April 2, 2000.
Got it? =:-)
(Cheers, this hump of beer goes to my account)

Dear Dave Gibbs, Moderator-san,
the comments from the australian champ to Jon's sensitive eruption is worth
your faboulous 10.000 line RPG-II-program with all indicators used:
PLEASE,
PLEASE let us know if you gave that to him for debugging reasons?!?!!!!
With Greenscreen-Terminal?? Single-Line-Editor?? Punched Cards?!
PLEASE!!!!! ;-)
I LOVE THIS RPG FORUM
István (from Austria)
*note: please do not countercheck, correct or reply to my artistic time
calculation, it wasn't easy to find that way to April 1st.
