RLU = Report Layout Utility, aka Really Lousy Utility.

If you have SEU, you have RLU; it's part of the ADT (Application Development
Tools).  Command STRRLU or use PDM option 19 on a source member type PRTF.
IBM gave us RLU as the printer file counterpart to SDA (Screen Design Aid).


RDA is a third party utility that, as someone else already pointed out, is
so close in function to SDA that there is _very_ little learning curve if
you already know SDA.
