RLU = Report Layout Utility, aka Really Lousy Utility. If you have SEU, you have RLU; it's part of the ADT (Application Development Tools). Command STRRLU or use PDM option 19 on a source member type PRTF. IBM gave us RLU as the printer file counterpart to SDA (Screen Design Aid).
