     If I'm not mistaken, I saw that very exit program (line splitting) 
     in the manuals as an example of exit point programming for SEU. Ah, 
     look in SEU manual Appendix E for this example. It uses F7 to 
     split/join lines.

If I remember correctly, the one function he did that caught my attention 
was the ability to "split" a source line into two lines, splitting it by 
positioning the cursor and pressing a function key.  
     
It was my intent to get this working and ask the author for permission to 
put it in the public domain.  But I probably won't have the time required to 
do that for quite awhile  (gee, maybe if I stayed off the mailing list...)
