Anyone knows an RPG API that will create a socket on an unused (available port)? I am looking for an RPG API that is equivalent of C++/Java API called Socket. Or the question should be: How to get the available port number using RPG? I find the following RPG CGI handy to use for Socket programming. Are there more? TCPADDR, TCPOPEN, TCPCLOSE, TCPSND, TCPRECV, TCPACPT, TCPLSTN Thanks. +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
