>> The fact that you can go GUI is not the right reason to do so. And the fact that some might consider Code/400 a GUI tool has _nothing_ to do with why I use it. I use it because it fixes most of the annoying problems I encountered in SEU for the 15+ years I was forced to use it (like lack of a tab key - and if anyone reminds me of the half-assed tab support in SEU I shall probably scream). It also adds many more features that I find invaluable. I will bow out of this debate at this point. No one will be convinced who doesn't want to be convinced - if SEU is good enough for you then fine - but please don't whine about IBM not updating it. I will only add that I am currently teaching a Code/400 class (2 days) to a group of developers from an IBM BP who luckily see the benefits of learning the product. +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
