Before RPG IV I would call a C/L program to retrieve the time to nine
digits.

I.e.

PGM PARM(&TIME9)
             DCL VAR(&TIME9) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(9)
             RTVSYSVAL SYSVAL(QTIME) RTNVAR(&TIME9)
             ENDPGM

Subject: how to retrieve time until microsecond in RPG/400??

In RPG ILE IV (V4R4) we could retrieve time until micro second using
timestamp.
eg:

        DRealTime S Z INZ(*SYS)
        C TIME RealTime

but I don't know how to get the same result using RPG/400 nor RPG ILE V3R2.
Is there any way I could retrieve current time like what in V4R4 does??
Any one can help?

ps: In RPG ILE V3R2 there's a timestamp type too but The code above (V4R4)
couldn't be used to don't know how to use it cause lack of documentation of
V3R2.

Thanks & Best regards,
Danny
