Record Length Compile Error

Trying to use the database cross reference in RPG (program already
existed, but getting level check since going to V4R3).  Getting the
following error on compile:

* 7020      1500   RECORD LENGTH 012714 FOR FILE QADBXREF
GREATER THAN 9999.
* QRG7020 Severity:  50   Number:    1                                   
          Message . . . . :   The record length of Described-Data file is
            greater than 9999. Specification ignored.

How do I fix this?
