     You probably missed he thread which was running not too long ago.

go to http://www.brainbench.com/

Note that this is an interactive test and a time limit is given on all
questions but it does rely on you
being reasonably honest and not alt tabbing to your current SEU session!

I passed with a score of 4.4 (hadn't a clue on some questions !)

Alternatively, IBM does an on-line tests at:
http://www.ibm.com/Education/certify/
