Works as advertised. UDATE is job date. Use the system value of QDATE instead.

Subject: UDATE fails in RPG CGI?
When RPG CGI is called to run by HTTP server, UDATE does not return the
system date. Instead, it returns a value representing the date when the HTTP
server instance was started. This happens in both V4R3 and V4R4.
Is this a bug? TIA.
