READE doesn't affect %found, change your do loop to
DOW not %eof(CCOHD04) And
FoundMatch = *Off
and if your are on a new enough version where FoundMatch is defined as an
indicator data type you can do
DOW not %eof(CCOHD04) and not FoundMatch
