CEEDOD API

I'm trying to use this API and I keep getting an error.  Here's how I'm using it

Every time the CallP is executed, I get the error message 'Missing operational descriptor' (now that's informative).  What am I doing wrong?  Help!!  By the way, the above code is straight out of the AS/400 Programmer's Guide.
