We added entries to the system reply list (WRKRPYLE) for the following IDs
using the RPY('D') and DUMP(*YES) parameters:

CPA0700, RPG0000, RNQ0000, CEE0000, CBE0000, PLI0000

I'm sure there are some on this list that think this is a bad idea, but it
has worked well for us for many many years.  Our menu and batch job handler
programs notify both the user and the help desk that a problem has occured.
Any error conditions that are valid are handled in the program via MONMSG,
etc., so the reply list only handles unexpected conditions.
