Heh heh!

I usually use an rpg pgm to build the qryslt string to
avoid this problem (as well as to avoid *BCAT and
*TCAT).  Even then it can get confusing so I define a
constant like:

 D apos     c     const('''')

Sometimes I run the opnqryf from the command line to
ensure I got it right.
