Scott, one problem: you can't use inz(%addr) when the parameter
of %addr is an entry parm.  Instead, you'd need to use assignments
at the beginning of every call to the program (don't put them in
the *INZSR).

C           eval        p_File01 = %addr(Parm_File01)
...
