Create the flat file as:

CRTPF FILE(FLATFILE) SIZE(*NOMAX)

I am writing a conversion program that writes to a flat file.  The problem
i'm having is that i have a few records that are blowing past the
32thousand+ record size limit.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how i
can get around this.
This is a file that is being FTP'd to an Unix machine.
