This is boggling my mind...
I have a prototype defined as follows:
DPRR50130 PR EXTPGM('PRR50130')
D p01 30A
D p02 90A
D p03 9A
D p04 8S 0
D p05 8S 0
I am calling the program as follows:
C CALLP PRR50130(prvds : cptds : CPTTHRU :
C DOSFROM : DOSTHRU)
I get the following compile error:
*RNF7535 30 257 015200 The type and attributes of parameter 4 do not
match those
of the prototype.
*RNF7535 30 257 015200 The type and attributes of parameter 5 do not
match those
of the prototype.
The 2 parameters in error (DOSFROM and DOSTHRU) are from a Display file and
are defined there as follows:
A DOSFROM 8S 0B 20 37
A DOSTHRU 8S 0B 20 54
I don't understand why I'm getting this error message. It looks to me like
the type and attributes are the same.
Maybe I'm missing something. Can anyone help me?
