I would do the following:

 * Replace any size string with any size string
 *
c                     if        srcdta <> *blanks AND from <> *blanks
C                   Eval      srcdta = %replace(%trim(to):srcdta:
c                                       %scan(%trim(from):srcdta):
c                                       %len(%trim(from)))
C                   endif
