| David,   Hehe, I had the same reaction when I heard it.  I 
threw it in there to see if I got any bites of recognition.  One of my 
co-workers used to be in a shop where they formatted data for EDI purposes in 
the same way I'm trying to do.  They referred to the formatted data as 
"snake" files!  For example. Instead of having: Record 1 -  ABC  123   ABC Record 2 -  DEF  456   DEF Record 3 -  GHI   789   
GHI You would format it like this: Record 1 - ABC 123 ABCDEF 456 DEFGHI 789 GHI Justin Kiteley
